HEALTH PROTECTION MEASURES IN OUR LOTTERY STORES
The national lottery company is continuously monitoring the situation caused by the Covid-19 virus in Hungary and it is continuously introducing new measures in order to ensure that work can be performed and the games can be organised in a safe manner. Our main priority is to protect the health and safety of our players and employees.
Szerencsejáték Zrt. has introduced the following measures in the lottery stores it operates and we would like to ask for the cooperation of our players with respect to them.
Please wear a mask or scarf to cover your mouth and noise in our lotteries.
Please keep the recommended distance of 2 metres when queuing
No more than three people are permitted to stay in a given lottery store at a time beside our employees
We currently cannot provide an option to select the product you wish to purchase by hand when browsing our scratchcards
We prefer payment by card
The tablets installed inside the lottery stores are going to be disabled because of health considerations
For the past weeks, enhanced daily disinfectant cleaning has been performed in the stores we operate, with special regard to the installed IT equipment, displays, change trays, door handles, POS-Wave terminals, and tables.
We have installed plexiglass protective walls on our counters to reduce personal contact.
We have provided detailed information on our code of conduct and hygiene policy in order to increase safety and protect our players.
We have introduced complex pandemic protection measures in order to protect our colleagues working in the lottery stores operated by the national lottery company, which include the distribution of the necessary equipment.
We have temporarily suspended the operation of our charitable lottery ticket sales network, which employs nearly 180 people with reduced working capacity. While they are staying at home, we are going to be in constant contact with the affected colleagues living with disabilities.
In light of the current pandemic situation, Szerencsejáték Zrt. recommends its digital solutions to its players, which allow them to bet on their favourite games quickly and easily from home. Virtual “lottery tickets” can be submitted quickly and easily anywhere and anytime via the website of the company, using our Smart Lottery smartphone application, or even by SMS.
